Vimarsh, is an effort of the University of Delhi (DU),India, to enable and enhance online interaction within its science community so as to improve the quality of its science education. This E-forum is being coordinated by the Centre for Science Education and Communication (CSEC), a Centre set up by DU under its Ordinance XX-H.
The science community of the University includes any teacher of any sciencesubject in a Department or a constituent College of the University and students registered for a B.Sc., M.Sc., M.Phil. or Ph.D. degree from the University. It includes people employed by the University or its Departments/Colleges as research associates/assistants or laboratory assistants. It also includes alumni and retired teachers of science subjects. Eminent scientists, science educators, or journalists may be invited to participate as guest members on this forum. People not belonging to any of the above categories are not encouraged to participate on Vimarsh, without express permission from the administrators.However, members of DU community with a keen interest in science are welcome
Members of the community who register for this forum are expected to maintain a civic decorum that can be expected from a responsible student or teacher. Thus, it is anticipated that you will not attempt to impersonate any person or entity,forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any posting, nor collect or store personal data about other users.
